“Let your documents do the talking”

TransPromo describes a relatively new type of document, which mixes TRANSactional and PROMOtional content. It is an expansion of the traditional type of transaction documents, like account or credit card statements, telephone bills and invoices into the world of promotional mailings. Research has proven that these documents create the highest attention rates (see White Papers) making them fit to transport other messages aside from the transactional data. The lay-out is reviewed to provide space for marketing messages turning these documents into a marketing tool for cross- and up-selling and/or PR-related content. The effectiveness of TransPromo documents can be maximised by using customer information to create targeted and personalised messages relevant to the customer.

On the technical side, TransPromo uses transaction data, customer data from CRM systems, in some cases additional third party data (for example: location intelligence) and document templates, which include business logic. Regarding the software, we are talking about a modern document creation system with rich modules for data access, complex analytics, business logic, document composition and campaign management.
