You probably create a large proportion of your documents automatically. For some documents, though, human input is indispensable. For example, a form on which a customer has to click on certain check boxes. Or a letter in which your employee provides a specific explanation. Personalised documents

First you need to create templates. The templates contain the data and text elements that are applicable to each document. For example, logos, lay-out and standard text. The system then adds the available variable data to the templates.

Afterwards, it's the customer's turn or that of your business users. They will complete the document. For example they can type free text or select the right data. Moreover, the business users can specify the conditions under which certain text should appear.
