Managing Document Knowledge
The Output Academy is the framework for knowledge management set up by Document Dialog to manage its expertise on document- en output management. The Output Academy covers various aspects of knowledge transfer.
And because 'what is good for us, is also good for our customers', we are now making a large number of the training modules available for customers.
Curriculum
The curriculum includes modules on data stream standards, document tools and document related subjects, like document analysis, typography for IT-personnel, fonts, the role of a Corporate Identity and the Document Model, in which the various functions of an up-to-date, multi-channel document system are explained.
Our trainers have gained their experience in document projects and they combine their training activities with their daily work as document engineers, consultants and project management. This gives the Output Academy the advantage of providing training based on best practices. At the end of each module the student has the chance to prove his gained knowledge in individual tests.
