How does it work?
iProof is an independently installable component. It uses a document Vault and SQL Server database. The document Vault is associated to iProof using the IP address/machine name and port number corresponding to a specific Vault and rendering servers.
Documents are loaded into iProof and, depending on permissions, users can:
- Review Documents
- Review Runs
- Final Approve Documents
- Final Approve Runs
At the end of the review process after the feedback from all reviewers the user will have the ability to give a run final approval or rejection status. After a final approval of the run the documents can be printed or published.
E-mail notifications can optionally be generated in response to specific events within the iProof environment and alerts users to the following events:
- Loaded documents
- Run comments entered
- Document comments entered
- Purged documents
- Final decision
