Document Workflow for Intelligent Document Processing

A multitude of processes are initiated before, for example, a bill with a promotional insert, can be delivered to the customer according to his stated preference. The source data may require formatting before it can be converted to paper or electronic format. Customer preferences for receiving information may be stored in an external databases or CRM systems. Finally, the documents are routed to their destinations: an individual colleague in a regional office, a group of customers in a different time zone, or a generic public location for on demand access.
